Tiny Emergencies
You’re Doing So Much—But the Tech Keeps Getting in the Way
You’re running a whole business, wearing seventeen hats, and trying to keep the plates spinning without letting a single one wobble off the stick. You can coach, you can create, you can organize, you can teach—but the moment a website plugin misbehaves or a form stops sending emails, everything grinds to a halt.
And suddenly you’re knee-deep in Google searches, YouTube tutorials, and conflicting advice from strangers with usernames like “TechBro420.” Not ideal.
You’ve Probably Said at Least One of These Things Out Loud:
-
“I swear this used to work—why does it hate me today?”
-
“I just need a tiny fix, but I don’t know who to ask without booking a whole project.”
-
“There are twelve ways to do this and none of them are the right way.”
-
“Why does WordPress think I’m its ex?”
-
“If someone could just tell me which button to press, I’d be fine.”
You’re smart. You’re capable. You’re driven.
You just don’t have time to become a part-time web developer on top of everything else.
You Need a Safety Net
You don’t need a $5,000 web agency. You don’t need to outsource your whole digital life. You just need a place to show up, ask your specific question, and get, well, answers. Quick ones. Human ones. Not “here’s a 40-minute explanation of the DOM.”
When something breaks, you need someone to say: “Ah. I see it. Give me a second,”
…and then actually fix it.
That’s what Office Hours are for.
Enough with the struggling, already
With Office Hours, you get a dedicated weekly space where you can bring the chaos—and leave with clarity.
You get someone who understands the messy, real-life combination of:
-
WordPress quirks
-
Small-business overwhelm
-
Canva templates gone rogue
-
Email automation mysteries
-
Mild, intermittent existential dread
And instead of spiraling into the abyss of Googling, you get support from someone who can translate “tech” into “English,” who won’t judge your process, and who genuinely wants you to succeed.

About Veronica Guzzardi
I started my career backwards by going to school for fine art and graphic design, and having a hobby of coding and building websites way back in the 1900s.
I’ve been building things on the web for over 30 years, which means I started back when “web development” involved table layouts, blinking text, and a lot of trial-and-error that would make modern browsers cry.
Since then, I’ve worked across marketing, advertising, and digital media for nearly two decades—supporting projects for broadcast television, radio, print, and the web. I’ve produced award-winning commercial content, built and maintained websites, designed marketing materials, wrangled email platforms, debugged plugins, untangled design systems, and translated a truly impressive amount of technical chaos into something usable and human. My credits include creative work with Meredith publishing, The Jim Henson Company, NBC, and NASA.
These days, I work primarily with small businesses, creatives, and independent professionals—the folks who don’t need a giant agency, but do need someone who knows what they’re doing and can explain it without making them feel foolish. I specialize in WordPress, digital workflows, design support, email systems, and the thousand tiny things that make modern online businesses either run smoothly… or slowly unravel.
I created Office Hours because I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable people losing hours (and sanity) to problems that could be solved in minutes if they had the right support. Not a massive project. Not a long-term contract. Just a reliable, friendly place to show up and get unstuck.
I’m calm in a crisis, genuinely curious, and very hard to surprise when it comes to broken websites and misbehaving tech. If something can be fixed, I’ll fix it. If it can’t, I’ll tell you why—and help you figure out what to do next.
Office Hours exist so you don’t have to do all of this alone.
(Note: Tech Friday was a different iteration of Office Hours that I did several years ago)
